A commercial work truck with a service body and a ladder rack parked in a concrete upfit bay

What to put in the message

A short message with the basics is enough to begin, but these details let us confirm the application on the first reply rather than the third. The more of them you can give, the tighter the number we can quote.

  • Year, make, model and cab or chassis of the truck
  • What you want fitted: hitch, gooseneck, winch, upfit
  • The trailer or load it has to move, with its weight class
  • Whether the truck already has a receiver, a ball or wiring
  • Any fleet size, service body or deadline involved
  • The best way and time to reach you

What happens after you send it

A person reads the message and answers it, usually inside one business day. A simple question gets a range and a fitting window in that first reply. When the answer depends on seeing the truck, we arrange a visit to confirm the mount points and the rating before a final figure is written. Nothing is ordered or modified until you approve the written estimate.

Booking and turnaround

A receiver hitch or a control box often fits into a single visit. A gooseneck install, a winch with wiring or a service-body upfit books around parts arrival and the bay schedule, so the honest answer on timing is that it varies with the job. If the truck is mid-repair or unsafe to drive, say so and we will treat it as a priority. We always tell you what the work involves and roughly how long before you commit.

Warranty and follow-up

Our workmanship is covered, and we pass through the manufacturer coverage on the hardware we supply. Where it applies, we ask you to bring the truck back after the first few hundred miles so the mount bolts, the trailer wiring and the winch line can be re-checked. That follow-up is part of the job and not a paid extra, because a hitch or a winch that settles is normal and worth watching.

Where we are

We serve the whole Rio Grande Valley from the mid-Valley outward, from the border towns up through the farm country and out toward the coast. If you are not sure whether your area is covered, ask in the message and we will tell you plainly rather than leave you guessing about a drive you did not need to make.
