What customers tell us

We do not print invented names, a bought star average or a wall of quotes we cannot stand behind, and that choice is deliberate rather than lazy.

The theme we hear most

The ratings check is what people mention first. Being told up front whether a hitch class, a ball or a winch actually suits their truck and trailer, before any deposit changes hands, is rare enough that customers comment on it. Certainty before the hardware is ordered is the thing they say earns their trust.

Straight answers earn repeat work

Customers say the same thing in different words: someone finally explained what the truck needed without pushing a bigger part than the job required. A specialist shop lives on repeat business, so telling a driver the truth about what can wait is not charity, it is survival, and it shows in how often people come back.

Referrals and fleets

Most new work still starts with a referral from someone whose truck we already fitted, and repeat customers are the clearest sign a hitch stayed tight or a winch stayed dry. When a business brings a second truck or adds a unit to a work fleet, that is the review we value more than any number posted online.

How we treat feedback

Every message a customer sends is read and answered. When a fitting does not go the way it should, we want to hear it directly and put it right. We would rather solve a problem in the bay than argue about it in public, and the door stays open to anyone who wants to talk through how their truck was handled.

If something went wrong

Work does not always go perfectly, and the honest thing is to admit it. If a hitch rattles, a trailer plug misbehaves or the bill does not match what you expected, tell us before you take the truck somewhere else. We will take another look and put it right where the fault was ours.

Leave us a note

If we fitted hardware on your truck or built out a fleet vehicle, we want to hear how it went, good or bad. A short message about what was installed and how it has behaved since helps us improve and helps the next driver decide with something real. Send it through the contact form and we will read it, answer it and use it, rather than bury it under a pile of invented praise.

Why Valley trucks are fitted here

  • Ratings confirmed against your truck and trailer before anything is quoted.
  • A written estimate that separates the hardware, the mount and the labour.
  • Winch, recovery and upfit hardware fitted and wired, never just sold.
  • Prices shown as ranges that vary, never as a made-up fixed number.
